Its name derives from the Zephyr wind, considered light, like a breeze which heralds spring. Hence the Zephyr fabric immediately evokes a cool, refreshing sensation.
The plain weave with more warp than weft threads, arranged in a not very compact manner, makes this fabric particularly suitable for the summer and is ideal for use in check designs.
