About us
I am Didier Koudinoff (Lyon, France), a textile engineer working in collaboration with other textile engineers all around the world. For more than 30 years in textile industry, I have specialized in weaving: in dobby weaving, Jacquard weaving and drawloom weaving. I have been working for a long time both in clothing and furnishings. I mostly work as a technical adviser for European textile factories. I developed a dobby weaving technique only with adapted drawing-ins and cards but without extra devices on looms. That technique dramatically reduces the number of shafts (i.e. only 12 shafts without selvedges) for large patterns.
